"I originally contacted J&M with regards to cleaning and repairing my clothes dryer vent. The air ducts in my 20 year old house had never been cleaned so I had that done too. They did a very thorough job cleaning the air ducts and it has made a significant difference in the amount of dust in my house. The best part of their job was when the cleaned my dryer vent. It had not been cleaned for more than 10 years (my bad!). My dryer vent comes out of my house on one of the cut-outs in the foundation. I didn't realize that it had become disconnected to the outlet vent and was basically laying in the crawl space of my house blowing out lint and moisture. In order to clean it one of the guys had to crawl under my house and reconnect it and then they fabricated a metal plate where it exits my house to keep it from becoming disconnected in the future. My vent was completely full of lint, they must have cleaned out about a bushel basket worth. My dryer works fantastic now, it's like having a new clothes dryer.  The job they did was absolutely fantastic. They not only met my expectations but far exceeded them.

Each time they have been quick to respond and the work as been great. Nick is professional and informative. "The were on time,neat,nice and very professional. They put down all kinds of drop cloths and wore booties to protect my home. The insulation was quick and neat. My husband & I bought the sink and faucet ourselves. We bought the wrong colored grout & our installer replaced it for free. We also needed a new garbage dispose and the price they gave us beat Home Depot . We also had the wrong sized sink ring that our installer also took care of for us. "well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?

"My plumbing had backed up flooding laundry room.  We could not clear the problem with my 25 foot snake.  Called Apollo and they came out the next day.  Found my drain plugged 28 foot out from house close to city main line by removing toilet and snaking main line.  The City of Tigard must of back flushed the main line because the blockage was too city line and the next day neighbor also had plumbers out.

"Our 9yr old upright freezer quit working on 9/12. Fearing we would lose all of our meat etc, we ran out and bought a small chest freezer for temporary storage and called A-Metro Appliance to see if they could repair our upright. After a few questions on the phone, Gerry felt it was a failed fan. He was able to come out the next day and brought a new fan motor with him. After a few minutes of taking apart the inside of the freezer, he found that the fan blade had slipped down it's shaft and become immobile. He made some adjustments to the shaft, refit the fan blade, and found that the motor worked fine. No need to install a new motor. He was smart, quick and honest. No charge for parts, just the labor, $85. He saved us a lot of money."

"I needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen since mine was leaking for some time and also needed to have the drain under the sink replaced since I have a double sink and the water backed up when running garbage disposal David came a little earlier than scheduled which I was happy about he went right to work installing new faucet and a new pipe under the sink finished under an hour. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use All County again and recommend them .
