Expert plumber Johnathan came by to follow up on a previous emergency repair and test out our pipes. He got the job done quickly, thoroughly and professionally, and even set us up for drywall repair service later. Quick, thorough & efficient. Thanks!

BUYER BEWARE! I’ve used Apollo for various services over the years, including plumbing, HVAC, and line repairs. In total, I’ve spent over $20K with them (a lot of money IMO), but today they lost my business for good! Pushy Sales Tactics: Whenever I’ve called Apollo for a specific issue, their technicians consistently pressure me into additional services or repairs. Their prices are already on the premium side, but I justified the cost because I believed they would take care of their customers long-term. I was wrong. The Heat Pump Disaster: In April 2023, I had a full furnace and heat pump installation. Within just one month, the heat pump stopped producing heat, and Apollo came out to fix it. I was a little worried at this point considering it was BRAND NEW but wrote it off. Fast forward a year and a half later—same issue, no heat. I called for an appointment, and the receptionist assured me there would be no fee for them to check it out. However, when the technician arrived, they suddenly demanded a fee for diagnostics. When I refused, they pivoted and said they wouldn't waive their “consultation fee” then and I would have to pay - this is extremely pushy! Here’s the kicker: this furnace and heat pump are only 1.5 years old! I shouldn’t have to pay for a diagnosis on equipment that’s practically brand new and still failing. When I escalated to a manager, I was shocked at his response—he essentially blamed me for not having the unit serviced regularly. I didn’t expect a brand-new system to break down so quickly! At this point, I’ve realized Apollo doesn’t stand behind their work or their customers. If you’re considering them, think twice! Their pushy technicians, high prices, and lack of accountability make them a hard no for me going forward.

DO NOT USE APOLLO! If you want to know why, keep reading - I didn’t want to write this and was waiting to hear back from Apollo but the Project Manager has not gotten back to me about what is covered under warranty without being on the “friends and family” plan, the Plumbing Manager will not respond to my emails requesting assistance, and I was also told his manager would contact me, but I still have not been contacted. Our hot water pressure dropped significantly in early October. Apollo came out to take a look and provide options. I was emailed 3 quotes - 1) Re-pipe hot water lines; 2) Re-pipe hot and cold water lines 3) Full re-pipe of all water lines including behind drywall. I was told the most significant improvement would be for the full re-pipe, of course. We agreed to the estimate and we scheduled a start date of October 28th. I was told the project would take three days (ending on October 30th) and then a city inspector would come out since permits had to be pulled. A team of two people came out the first day and cut a bunch of drywall and left by 3pm. On day two, I got a call saying due to illness a job had to be moved around and they did not have anyone who could work on our house that day so that the job would not be wrapped up until October 31st. Workers came and worked on the 30th. On the 31st, some workers came for a while, and then all left in the mid afternoon with the exception of one plumber. I had to cancel my Halloween plans because he was doing work at our house until 10:30pm. The next day he came back and worked in our crawl space until 12:30am (!!!). So they had a plumber (who lived an hour drive away) working at our house for 14 hours one day, and 15-16 hours the following day. In our crawl space, by himself - how is that safe or normal? The project was not finished until the following Tuesday (Nov 5th), after 7:30pm (again requiring me to cancel election night plans that I had). The plumber stained our garage floor with some white milky substance and left dirt everywhere. In the middle of all this, I was calling around for drywall repair quotes, and also got a quote from Apollo’s person as he had already repaired a damaged bathroom floor and did a good job. I was then contacted by Apollo who said that the city inspector would not be coming until November 19th and that the drywall could not be repaired until after he came. I understand that Apollo has no control over the city inspector’s schedule but in my opinion they should have arranged for the inspection based on when they expected to finish the job. This timeline was never explained to me. The city inspector came on November 19th - the plumbing job failed the inspection. I asked the inspector if the drywall repair could get started - he said absolutely it could be repaired, and that the needed fixes could be made from the crawl space. That was good because I had agreed to Apollo’s drywall quote and he was on the schedule for November 20th. Knowing of the scheduling issues we had been having, I called on the 19th to make sure he was still scheduled to come out on the 20th and the person who answered checked the schedule and said yes he was. I waited and waited on the 20th (I had changed some of my own appointments around to be home) and he never showed up. So I finally called and the scheduler told me that she had called the day before to leave a message that he wouldn’t be coming out (there was no phone call from Apollo regarding this). She then explained that he would come out Thursday and Friday and into the following week. I explained I couldn’t be home on Friday and that I didn’t like workers there because nobody had been paying close attention to doors, and that we have a sick cat that cannot be let outside. I had taken Friday off work to take care of a bunch of appointments and definitely could not be home. She assured me that I didn’t need to worry and that nobody would let our cat out. I came home Friday afternoon after being gone all day, to find our sick cat outside, in our backyard. Apparently, they didn’t relay the “don’t let the cat out” message to the electrician (the election had to come by because that was part of the failed inspection). In addition to the above, I have been told three different things about the delay: First I was told it was because of sickness. Then someone mentioned it was because projects had to get switched around. Then I was told that the first plumber on the job is actually “not with the company anymore” and that is what caused part of the delay and issues. And now, after all this, our water pressure is not where it was before the initial “issue” in early October which prompted me to contact Apollo in the first place. Don’t you think after spending $15K on a re-pipe the water pressure should be at least where it was before? Nobody will get back to me, nobody will explain what is under warranty . . . and I felt compelled to write this so people can hopefully avoid issues similar to what we have dealt with for the past month and a half.

Once again, another FANTASTIC experience with Apollo & their team. Been using Apollo for 4 years now & am always amazed by their professionalism, kindness, expertise & reliability. Every step of the way – from giving them a quick call to schedule a service (easy, kind, accessible), to performing the service (professional, courteous – I WFH & they were very considerate of noise) – they go above & beyond, documenting every step of the way with photos, descriptions, & quotes. It feels like I was right there with them, & not only does it give you complete trust and peace of mind but also helps educate new home owners like myself – absolutely invaluable. It's clear the time & care they put into their work. So thorough! We have had ~8-10 different members of the Apollo team out for different services (plumping, AC, heat pump, etc) & every single interaction has been truly lovely. This time, it was Brandon and Triston who came out to service our heat pump & THEY ARE TRULY AMAZING! Thank you!

Can't even fix a toilet. I don't recommend them for residential repairs. Had them out 3 times and over 1000.00 later still leaking. Rip off. Shouldn't cost that much to fix a toilet.

$956, I'm not making this up! Yesterday Apollo gave me an quote of $956 to replace a leaky elbow on 1/2 inch pvc waterline. It was in my crawl space but easily accessible with stand-up headroom at the leak. Why so much I asked, it's $5 worth of parts and no doubt will take you less than an hour. He replied that it was their flat rate for replacing the elbow. I paid the $75 min estimate fee and said no thanks. I bought 2ft of 1/2" pfc, an elbow, and 2 couplings for $5 at H. Depot. Fixed it myself in an hour. If you want to get ripped off call Apollo. Photo of the $956 to replace part.

Never gave a bid for repair. Led me down a path to make sure sewer line was OK. Ran a camera down and told me they couldn't complete scoping to the curb because the line had a collapsed place. Suggested I get it repaired so the complete line could be scoped. I declined that. A second company came and scoped the line all the way to the curb and there were was nothing wrong. Apollo didn't provide me the video in 48 hours as offered. I phoned but still no video. My credit card was charged $547 without authorization. This company is not to be trusted. There seems to be a lot of disorganization with the way they work. I was told that I would have someone coming at a certain time on a certain day, and then within minutes got a call that someone was on the way! Very confusing.

Updated review: Less than 24 hours after Lonnie was here, Rob, the plumber, showed up to repair the pipes. He had to replace over 20 feet of pipe! It was all in the crawl-space, likely on his back. Personally, my skin crawls when I'm under there! He had to lie on his back, for 4 hours to cut and dress over 20 feet of galvanized pipe! Thank you very much Rob! Superb work! ? PS: Yesterday, I exceeded the performance envelope of my new little manual wheelchair when I attempted to negotiate my front stoop without a ramp. I took a serious header into the concrete but Lonnie broke my fall! ? Thank you Lonnie, that was awesome!!! I guess I fell for Apollo Plumbing and Drains LOL

Lonnie showed up on time, well groomed and ready to work. It took him 3 hours to find the problem. we have broken pipes underneath our house in the crawl space. He brought back pictures. the charge was still only $95 and they recommended their plumbers come back tomorrow. Or I could use my plumber. But these folks have earned my business and my trust and respect.

Horrible experience. I needed a bid on some work guy showed up over 4 hours past his 4 hour window. Put together a very vague bid that was not accepted by the bank. I made a ton of calls to try and get it corrected and three weeks later, nothing. They also claimed there was no record of me calling and made me feel like that was my fault. They did promptly take the $75 for the bid out of my account and refused a refund. So I had to call out another company. Please do not use this company!

It went very well. The Apollo plumber showed up on time and it was clear that he wanted to do a quality job. He also went into the crawl space (which he did not need to do) to ensure that there was no tap off there which may cause a flow issue. Since the installation of a new PRV, the flow issue has been fixed. My only regret is not calling them in earlier to fix this problem.
