Sewer Main Clearing
We had a upstairs toilet plug up. Tried to clear the blockage myself with a snake I could not get it cleared. Called Tyler and within a short time he had the blockage cleared and water running freely again through the pipe. Wish I had called him before renting the snake to clear the blockage. I would recommend him for any plumbing problem you may have. Friendly, professional and great rate as well. Thank you Tyler

Sewer Main Clearing
I hired Tyler to unplug the line to the septic tank. He had to go into a bush to get to the drain entrance which was very difficult. A day or so later it plugged again. It was Labor Day weekend and i called him thinking he would come on Tuesday after the holiday to see why it was still plugged. He came out on Sunday morning,of the holiday and went in again and unplugged the drain again. Tyler does great work and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone having issues with there plumbing. I can't thank him enough for coming back out on a holiday weekend at no charge. Thanks Tyler!

Tyler was awesome. He was just about to end his work day when I called. He drove all the way from Oregon City to Beaverton and stayed well past dinner working on my very very clogged drain. Not only did Tyler give me a very competitive price he was the only one who would see me the same day. He was very polite and professional. He educated me on drain and garbage disposal care and how to avoid clogs In the future. WHO DOES THAT?! He advises a power spray of pipes in the future which I will hire only him for. Tyler was willing to spend the time needed to fight an outside drain that had been clogged for years. What we thought might take 20 minutes took several hours. Then he offered to check every other outside drain in the system, both the drains and the outlets, to make sure the system was working completely. I really appreciate his work ethic and great customer service! He's on my rapid dial list if/when next year's leaves and dirt clog my old system.

Tyler was quick to follow up with me by phone after connecting with OC Drain Service on HomeAdvisor and was able to come to my house the next day. He was nice to work with and got the job done quickly. He was clear about what he was doing and even demonstrated things I could do on my own to fix simple clogs in the future. A week later, the problem drains are draining well. I'd hire OC Drain Service again.
