"Select Home Warranty sent Hariston's to my home to diagnose my furnace issues. The diagnosis was provided and there were two resolutions. To replace the parts (one of which was not needed when another company did the repair), but due to the age of the furnace a replacement was suggested. The home warranty company only approved the repairs, not a full furnace replacement. I called to schedule the repairs on 11/14, 11/15, 11/16, 11/17, 11/18 & 11/19 without any return phone call. On 11/19 the home warranty company also attempted to call them without any resolution. He took the diagnostic payment and never returned to finish the work. This left me without heat for 28 days! I would not recommend this company to anyone."
