+ 2 moreTONY RODGERS EXHIBITED EXTREME PROFESSIONALISM AND CRAFTSMANSHIP WHEN PERFORMING THIS RENOVATION PROJECT. HE WAS ON TIME, PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WENT TO THE STORE, PICKED UP ALL THE MATERIALS NEEDED AND INSTALLED THE ITEMS, IN ONE DAY (EACH PROJECT) AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE. WORKED ALL DAY IN THE 30 DEGREE WEATHER AND FINISHED INSTALLING THE WINDOWS IN RECORD TIME. TONY IS AN EXCELLENT CRAFTSMAN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM VERY HIGHLY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HOME REPAIR.
Description of Work: REPLACED A FRONT ENTRY DOOR, REINSTALLED A FRONT STORM DOOR, REPLACED A BACK ENTRY DOOR, BACK STORM DOOR AND DOOR THRESHOLD ($1300). REPLACED THE OLD ORIGINAL SIDE DOOR ON MY CONCRETE BLOCK DETACHED GARAGE ($400). THIS PROJECT INCLUDED NOT ONLY REPLACING THE DOOR, BUT ALSO ALL OF THE FRAMEWORK. WE ALSO HIRED TONY TO REPLACE THREE OLD ORIGINAL WINDOWS WITH NEW PELLA DOUBLE-HUNG WINDOWS ON THE UPPER LEVEL OF OUR DAUGHTER'S HOME ($1000). THIS PROJECT INVOLVED REMOVING THE 1950'S ERA WINDOWS, WHICH WERE IN VERY POOR CONDITION, REPLACING THEM WITH THE NEW WINDOWS AND REPLACING ONE WINDOW SILL WHICH HAD CRUMBLED DUE TO DRY-ROT.
