Select Home Warranty sent Hariston's to my home to diagnose my furnace issues. The diagnosis was provided and there were two resolutions. To replace the parts (one of which was not needed when another company did the repair), but due to the age of the furnace a replacement was suggested. The home warranty company only approved the repairs, not a full furnace replacement. I called to schedule the repairs on 11/14, 11/15, 11/16, 11/17, 11/18 & 11/19 without any return phone call. On 11/19 the home warranty company also attempted to call them without any resolution. He took the diagnostic payment and never returned to finish the work. This left me without heat for 28 days! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

it went really well. He came out when said he would come it didn't take long and gave his option on when to replace it.

Hairston Services came out to my house and said that my air conditioning was empty and added a full charge.  They then said they would come back in two days and check for leaks.  They did come back and said that they couldn't find any leaks.  The air conditioning did not work.  When I asked why they explained that there might be some minor blockage in my lines to run the unit until they cleared up.  The unit never cleared up and the lines running from the compressor into the house turned to ice.  After trying to contact Hairston Services I called my Home Warranty and they called several times and never received a call back from Hairston Services.
Later I find out from a real certified technician that my system has several leaks and a handful of parts were missing or installed incorrectly.  My entire air conditioning had to be replaced.

They do what they say they're going to do and when they say they're going to do it. Their prices are reasonable.

Badly. We called the warranty company, and they had to reassign another company. The new company came to the house and found the heat pump to be badly disabled. Several parts were not functioning.

CALLED HOME WARRANTY COMPANY ON A MONDAY. THIS CONTRACTOR WAS SUPPOSEDLY THE FIRST THEY COULD FIND AVAILABLE, THURSDAY OF THE SAME WEEK. COMPRESSOR HAS SINCE FAILED AGAIN, THOUGH A TECHNICIAN FROM A HIGHLY RATED ANGIES LIST COMPANY COULD NOT TELL IF IT WAS THIS CONTRACTOR'S WORK OR JUST THE AGE OF THE UNIT. THE CONTRACTOR NEGLECTED TO INFORM THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY THAT WE PAID OUR SERVICE FEE, AS REQUIRED, SO NOW WE MUST PROVE TO THEM THAT WE PAID IT. THERE ARE COMPANIES WITH MUCH BETTER REPUTATIONS AND SERVICE OUT THERE.
