We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

He came immediately the day we called him and evaluated the situation (raccoons on our property) in a Raccoon Dundee style, which made us laugh! He has decades of experience in wildlife removal and it shows. He was efficient and told us exactly where and how many raccoons were on our roof and how long they'd been there. He gave us two options for removal and explained the benefits and explanation for using each one. One route involved a lower fee and focused on tactically chasing the animals away rather than trapping. We chose this option and so far the animals have not returned. Ray called us within a week to check in on the situation. We learned so much from this experience about raccoon behavior - it was an education combined with a removal! Call Ray, he's THE BEST!"

DNJ Home Improvements is a small owner operated company. We are located in Malverne NY and provide services throughout Nassau county. All work is performed by David and Joe to ensure quality is always great. Uses licensed subcontractors for all electrical and plumbing jobs.

"David and his team did amazing work. Went down to the studs and transformed my basement into a well insulated, cosy living space. Framed out and added a separate Laundry room as well as a huge walk-in pantry. Added a new sturdy staircase, and waterproof vinyl flooring. Added all new doors and wired in an in-wall speaker system. David always worked clean and was extremely reliable. When he was done all we had to do was move furniture in and enjoy the space he created for us."

"Stay away from this company!!!! We paid them $4,800 for a chimney repair in April 2019 with a 10 year warranty. The problem was never corrected and my roof is still leaking. We have called them back multiple times with no satisfaction. The last visit here was December 8, 2020 where Jim Hubler looked at the problem and proceeded to curse me out with horrible vulgarities and asked me to come outside and fight. He has an anger management problem and should not be allowed in any customers' homes. Their contracts state they have a 10 year warranty on their work, don't believe it! I feel cheated. There are many other contractors in the area where I am sure you will not be subject to the verbal abuse I received as the customer."
