The crew worked quickly and efficiently to replace and upgrade the fiberglass batts in our basement and crawl space. I’m pleased with the outcome. (I put in even more wire supports afterwards — to secure the insulation between the joists — but that’s just my OCD.) It was a relatively small job for this company and I thought the cost was fair.

Vernon came for a quote and it was a simple process. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable and efficient. A small hiccup however Vernon did great communicating and resolving. Awesome now that I am a customer he informed me that he will come back to do other work anytime. Great company!

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Only recommended what was needed, which added value to the experience. Also , due to current conditions, Vernon was very flexible in scheduling to ensure there was minimal disruption to the already hectic family schedule.

I highly recommend New England Performance Insulation!!! Having no knowledge of or experience with foam insulation or the process, I really lucked out w NEPI! Vernon explained the process in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel very confident in hiring them and in the choices we made with specifics to the job. The crew was amazing - on time, professional, so nice, hard working, and clean! Vernon went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and even came back to do some additional touch ups to make sure the job was 110% complete and to my satisfaction. Vernon explained the foam process for the roof in the attic and knee walls. The guys finished everything in just two days.

They quoted very promptly. They changed the quotes to fit my changing plans. They turned up on time. Cleaned up all of their work and performed the foam and batt as quoted. Very good. I recommend them.

Prompt service. Did not know we'd have to be out of the house for 7 hours, unfortunately on possibly the hottest day of 2018. Crew worked very hard and all was done in a satisfactory manner.
