I'm a fanatic about my carpeting and rugs and I can tell you that Tile Brite has done the most exceptional job of cleaning all of them - they all look and smell brand new! Like many, I have dogs and every now and them one has an accident and its almost impossible to rid a carpet of the stain and odor. Mike eliminated that problem completely. From our first conversation right through completion of the work his customer service was impeccable, the results he achieved are amazing and a testimony to someone dedicated to doing their best for their customer - rare today! He and his staff are terrific, very, very knowledgeable and took the necessary time to achieve great results - a consummate professional in his field. Additionally, the price he gave me is the price he charged me - no extras, no surprises or upselling! I will never have my rugs or carpets cleaned again by anyone else.
