I decided to locate and buy the needed parts and called Roadrunner for guidance. They were very helpful in guiding me to the correct parts. I called once I purchased the parts and they came out and installed them the next day. The technician was very professional and friendly. He completed the job in about 1.5 hours and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. A month later, and everything is performing normally."
