"They were on time and courteous.  The guy that they sent initially, he put in a faucet to the outside and it took him a while.  However, he did eventually do a really nice job.  He also changed filters in the air conditioning system and I signed up with them for an annual review.  I had some heating problem in late November and eventually they got it all fixed out, but it cost me about twice as much.  On the good side, it was kind of an emergency and they worked me into their schedule right away and in the end, it turned out to be fine."

Ruben showed up right now time for the appointment, was cordial, professional, explained everything that he was going to do to perform the test and checkup on my system and actually was very responsive to any questions I had as he was going through his steps. Additionally, Ruben also explained a lot to me as he went along and what each test would do and the expected outcome from the test. "Jake confirmed the appointment the night before. He was delayed at a previous job and promptly notified me that he would be late. Good customer service. Jake walked me through all work to be completed and made sure I completely understood the scope of the job.
Jake also informed me that the type of Freon that I used would be phased out in about five years. The cost of conversion would nearly be the same as a new unit. Although I am not currently having any issues with my unit he was being up front about future costs.
