I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

There was not enough room to fit the filter between the humidifier and the unit so alternate plans were made. We were advised an additional 1 week's time would be required to order and install custom made grills and filters. The original week turned into 4 weeks and when installation finally occurred, the grates were not the correct size.
