We made an appointment for him to come out and make an estimate and he came at the appointed time & we had a discussion about what the requirements would be for this property based on size, ceiling heights and the fact that it was 2-story. He was able to start quickly and they started on the agreed date to install 4 mini split units. They worked full days and it really only took a couples of days to install. We needed an electrician and he was able to supply to at person as well. Everyone who worked on the project were very punctual and we felt very comfortable with everyone. We are now enjoyed quiet, cool air in a home that had been built in 1979 and never had any type of A/C. Only wish we had done sooner. Units are very quiet and of good quality and the service was excellent. Highly recommend David for your cooling & heating needs as well as any service you might need."

It is now working like a charm and is so beautiful. He patiently gave clear directions for lighting and turning off the pilot light if need be. He also explained how to safely use the fireplace. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
