"I am very pleased with the service and equipment. Patrick was prompt, did the work quickly and cleaned up afterward. His price was very reasonable and he has called to check on the system and make sure I am satisfied. I know he will be there right away if I have any problems. I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

We made an appointment for him to come out and make an estimate and he came at the appointed time & we had a discussion about what the requirements would be for this property based on size, ceiling heights and the fact that it was 2-story. He was able to start quickly and they started on the agreed date to install 4 mini split units. They worked full days and it really only took a couples of days to install. We needed an electrician and he was able to supply to at person as well. Everyone who worked on the project were very punctual and we felt very comfortable with everyone. We are now enjoyed quiet, cool air in a home that had been built in 1979 and never had any type of A/C. Only wish we had done sooner. Units are very quiet and of good quality and the service was excellent. Highly recommend David for your cooling & heating needs as well as any service you might need."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
