This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. "Hiring Boan Built was the best decisions I have ever made. From day one of Scott coming to give me an estimate to the final day of final touches it was amazing. There was never a day I didnâ t know what was going on. I did a major kitchen renovation, removed all the flooring in the entire house and did all new electric.
