"Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work he did, the time frame in which he completed the job and, most importantly, how it looks. I would unequivocally recommend Anthony Nastasi to anyone. I had moved out of my house and desperately wanted to sell, Gary presented himself as a construction professional with high integrity after all he was a dover township fire chef. All he cares about is getting your money after you sign a contract he doesn't care. A job that should have taken six months tops probably much less because the house was empty took 2 years. I would call over and over leave messages begging him to finish my house but gary Simone doesn't care. He has other jobs at the same time. He also nickels and dimes you reusing old materials. If it weren't for his carpenter paul [Provider Name Removed] my house would still be a mess, thank you paul. If anything hire paul. He put in a new water heater with no permit then refused to pay for it or get it, I had to do it all. I can go on and on. DON'T HIRE RIVERSIDE CONSTRUCTION GARY SIMONE IS NOT TO BE T"
