"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"I would highly recommend Art as a contractor for any job in your home. He refinished our basement to a new living space which included a full bath. Art works hard at ensure the job is getting done correctly and to the expectations of the homeowner. We were in communication throughout the entirety of the project which made it easy to adjust or change plans as needed. One thing that impressed me was halfway through the project we sat down, took out the original quote he gave us, and we went through it together. He identified what was already paid for and what remained and wanted to make sure we were staying as close to budget as possible. Jobs can sometimes get out of hand, but Art wants to make sure that does not happen. Aside from good communication, being professional, and staying on budget, Arts work is beautiful. We love our basement. Its the nicest area in the house."

"Jeff did an amazing job with both renovations. Like many, i had a very difficult time choosing a contractor because you want someone that is honest and reliable. I priced out many general contractors and even priced out contractors for the individual jobs but Jeff was the most reasonable and was able to complete every part of the job. He was also very flexible as we changed what we wanted throughout the job. Jeff is very conscientious and responsive throughout the whole process and will make sure the job is done right. This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks.
