"Ben and team are very professional and did a great job on all aspects of the project. We ended up needing to add a few extra tasks to the project, and Ben accomodated without question."

"Harvey and his team did a great job, everything looks great now and is properly installed. They were on time and completed on time and cleaned up after themselves. Harvey fixed work that was very badly done by another contractor."

"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"I would hire Jeff again and would recommend him and his crew 100%. . I've never been so pleased with a contractor from start to finish . His crew is professional and Jeff is there every step of the way . Communication never breaks down . And when my 7 yr old granddaughter insisted on seeing it he took her upstairs to see her aunts new room and her new baby cousins room . And made sue wi had a light in the area that my Santa collection would be stored. He doesn't miss a thing. .Only contractor I will trust moving forward and would recommend."

"Hiring Boan Built was the best decisions I have ever made. From day one of Scott coming to give me an estimate to the final day of final touches it was amazing. There was never a day I didnâ t know what was going on. I did a major kitchen renovation, removed all the flooring in the entire house and did all new electric. Living through a renovation is always arduous but this was not. He finished the job exactly when he said and his attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to do any and all your projects. 5 stars is not enough to show how happy I am with the result. Thank you for making my dream a reality. I absolutely love it."

"Anush and his team were absolutely amazing, and our porch turned out better than we expected thanks to his ideas/recommendations. The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. It completely changed the look and feel of the front of our house, and every time I pull into the driveway it makes me happy to see it. I will absolutely be recommending AVSTEP to anyone planning renovations or building a home. We already have several more projects planned for our house in the coming months, and without question we’ll be using Anush and his team again. It’s such a great feeling to know we now have a contractor we genuinely trust and can confidently call whenever we need work done. Even our neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful the front of our house looks and what an incredible job they did. Below are the before and after pictures"

Not only did they do everything they could to keep the house clean during construction. they didn’t waste a minute of time getting the job done. If you need your floors or your ceiling or any part of your home remodeled or repaired this is the company to hire."
