Fernando and his team did a complete gut renovation of a full bathroom in my East Rock Victorian in 2021. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and the quality of work. He coached me through picking out tile, vanity, lighting and fixtures and I was thrilled with the final result. His crew cleaned up every night - above and beyond what any other contractor would do. Months later, water leaked from an old bathroom upstairs to the new bathroom below and Fernando showed up immediately to inspect and repair.

They came quickly and finished the job on time.

Working with Fernando was a fantastic experience. He was very thorough and professional from end to end. He took a great amount of time prepping our house (replacing rotten wood, scraping, sanding, etc.) which I appreciated very much as it is the most important thing when painting exteriors. His team was very hard working and professional. They took care of every single detail we asked for and made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. It all went so well we ended up inviting Fernando and his team to a bbq at our pool to thank them for their great work. Fantastic work! They were very responsive throughout the whole process and provided helpful advice regarding our project that enabled us to save money without sacrificing quality or workmanship. The company provided competitive quotes that were budget friendly. We went back on forth on paint color for the deck and front porch and Fernando was very willing to accommodate us. We brought Fernando in to re-do our deck. His workmen were professional and quick, and his price was very reasonable. We liked his work so much, we also hired him to redo a bathroom and complete a bunch of projects around the house. Update: our work got interrupted by a pandemic (!), but just last week, Fernando and his men returned to finish all the odds and ends. We are very happy with the result and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

We had two homes and a garage which needed painting. We posted the job on Home Advisor and Fernando answered within 15 minutes. He came to our property that day, and sent us a very reasonable quote which was less than what another contractor had quoted us. Fernando's plentiful reviews on Home Advisor were ALL 5-star, so we felt comfortable in hiring him. Fernando was able to start the job within a couple of days, and worked with our schedule. He provided paint samples of quality paint for us to see the actual colors we liked on the exteriors. He was patient as we decided. His crew of Louis, Marco and Marcado were affable, friendly and hard-working. They even were willing to work on a Sunday and long hours to finish the job in time. Fernando always put a smile on our faces with his upbeat attitude and positive manner. We hired him to do other projects while there including repairing some stone work on a chimney, stripping wallpaper and interior painting, and putting on an exterior door. It seems Fernando and his team can do anything. Fernando always answered our calls and emails promptly, and said we could contact him up until about midnight. Fernando is a dream to work with. We think he should change his company name to Happy Home Painting and Projects - because Fernando is always happy and his work makes you happy. My husband is an engineer, and has always done our painting and construction projects. He is meticulous, and has an experienced eye. Fernando even made my husband happy, which makes me happy. We had a pizza party to celebrate our beautiful painted homes and garage with Fernando and his team. Fernando and his guys feel like family after knowing them a short time. We look forward on doing more projects with Fernando and Company. You will not be disappointed if you hire Fernando. He says his goal is to make you happy with his work. And he does!

Fernando, Louis and Marco are consummate professionals who are highly skilled. They resolved many of my needs, including the installation of crown molding and baseboards, painting, cabinet door realignment, and sliding door repair. Although they are more expensive than home services I have used in the past, they match or exceed in quality the workmen I've used for my home. As for responsiveness, timeliness, and cleanliness, nobody beats them. They are the best. It was a pleasure having Fernando, Louis, and Marco in my home.

From start to finish using Fernando's service was an amazing experience! The price was fair, and the quality of the work was immaculate. But the thing that impressed me the most was how trustworthy and accommodating Fernando was. He attended to every request (and that's saying a lot because I'm a very fussy customer!) Also his crew was extremely nice and most polite and respectful! His assistant Annabella was the nicest and most helpful person as well! It's been a wonderful experience, and there's no question in my mind that I would hire them again!

Fernando and his crew did a beautiful job at our home. We had both exterior and interior work done. Both areas were done extremely well and we are delighted with the results. We had our deck stained and a portion of our foundation painted. We also had our oak floors re-finished but that is an understatement. The floors look like they were newly installed. I highly recommend Fernando and his team for their promptness, neatness and professionalism in completing the jobs within our timeframe and budget. I will definitely hire again.
