"Harvey was friendly and knowledgeable. When he arrived he immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it. He found a racoon up in the area where the squirrels were as well. He explained to me how he would repair the opening and prevent the squirrels from getting in other areas. In the process of gaining access to the roof to inspect the squirrel problem, Harvey advised that part of my roof was caving in. He even showed me a crack in the kitchen beneath that area of the roof that was a result of the cave in. He strongly advised that I replaced that section of the roof or risk a collapse, particularly with a winters worth of snow ahead of us. Although reluctant, Harvey made me feel confident that he knew what needed to be done. Due to the extreme cold and the holidays, Harvey kept an eye on the weather and planned to do the work on the one mild day, before a big snowstorm hit. As he advised, he finished the job in one day. His workers were polite and friendly and they cleaned up and carted away all their debris. He even patched the crack in my kitchen and painted it! He explained the work as it was going on and showed me a picture of the hole in the roof that had collapsed. I am very glad i trusted him. I wholeheartedly recommend Harvey and his workers. As someone who is used to unreliable and shady contractors, Harvey was a breath of fresh air. He is trustworthy and reliable, professional and competent and his prices were reasonable. Two thumbs up for sure!!"

"Eddie and his crew did a great job on our full master bath remodel. We had it completely gutted and everything redone. I recommend them not only for the quality of work, but for the small things which set them apart from other contractors. The whole crew and all his subs worked extremely clean, they covered everything and cleaned up each day. All the workers were extremely nice and very respectful to us and our home and considerate to the fact we had a toddler running around. They have excellent attention to detail and did not cut any corners. Eddie gave us a lot of ideas through the whole process. We even had a snag at the very end with the tub fauceti bought not fitting, I was even willing to buy a new one to avoid any delays but Eddie and his plumber saw it through to the very end. The only critique I have is the communication was a little last minute sometimes. We wouldn't always know if they were working the next day until late the night before. Regardless I will be calling them for my next project and recommend you do also."

"We purchased a 1950's ranch with 1950"s cabinets, floor plan and styling. After meeting with 5 separate contractors, it was evident that Arthur and his team were the ones for the job. They did not push us toward their ideas and suggestion for how to re-do the home, they listened to all that we wanted to do, they put together a proposal based on those requests, then we ironed out the details. To say that his team was excellent would be an understatement. From his painter to his electrician to his construction and demo team, they gutted the entire front of the home to the studs, were we then built a modern home with all the things it did not have before. Central Air, Gas, new insulation, stairs to the basement inside the home, kitchen with island, laundry center and a fully open floor plan for the living/dining space. They were on time, efficient and all of the delays we experienced were due to inspections and permits. Was truly a collaborative effort and when we do the extension on our home next year, will not even call anyone else. Had we not seen all 5 contractors, we would not have met Arthur and his team, and to them we are truly grateful."
