I had at least 5-6 painting companies bid on the work, yet I liked that Fabricio (owner of Sunyay) was the most diligent about the opportunity. I also preferred speaking with the person who would be the primary painter on the job. Fabricio and his employee completed the work on our schedule, which meant having to do a lot of the work on the weekend. Most importantly, the interior of the building looks fantastic.
