"Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the finish porch and I would highly recommend SCS. They are a 10 in every category."

"For those reading these reviews, please notice that the positive ones are for very quick handyman type work, and then look at all of the negative reviews about no shows and the lack of quality work for longer term projects. We had an AWFUL experience with Robert building a deck. He stopped showing due to rain (same as many other reviews here), and after months of this, we finally fired him. We are now working with another contractor who is fixing MANY of the issues of his "craftsmanship" and paying thousands of dollars to do so. Please be warned about this untrustworthy business."
