I needed repair of a retaining wall along the driveway and rebuild of back.stairs and repair of front steps. Communication and work product were excellent.

We were very pleased with the expertise Craftsmanship. We had kitchen cabinets and molding installed and a large floor to ceiling cabinet reinstalled. In addition all the hardware were installed on 26 cabinets and draws. Looks fantastic!?

In the beginning, Robert was prompt and communicated well, seemed likable trust worthy. His workers followed no instructions on where the sod was to start and end, much of the dirt and grass was thrown in clumps into my flower beds, brick pavers were thrown everywhere and even sodded over. Empty beer bottles were hidden behind the wood shed and the bottle tops thrown all over the yard for my dog to eat. He ripped out and sodded over my trumpet vines along the fence and promised to come back and replace, which of course we never head from him again. after reaching out to him several times with no shows. Trumpet vines take 3-5 years to flower, so I lost 3 years at least for the flowering,

The work only took 1 day the workers were fast.

Please be aware of my experience: Overwhelmed, untruthful. Appallingly bad communication. The facts: Rescheduled original dates due to persistent rain for 9am June 11. At 9:04am on June 11 receive cryptic text: Morning Scott. Calling you this morning Did not call me until 948am to advise would once again be canceling due to rain. After heated call, Robert committed to rescheduling June 14. By 9:20am June 14 no one showed. Not a word from Robert. I texted No word from your crew. What is their ETA 10am text: Calling you in 20 minutes I follow up 10:30, receive text: Stuck on parkway with tow right now. Minute please When I shared my frustration with Robert, he shrugged and said I can not control the rain. True. But you can control how you communicate with your customers. Willfully choosing to not show up without the courtesy of ANY advance communication is about as unprofessional as it gets. BTW: full transparency ? the full deposit was returned.

Work was poorly done. Terrible. Promises to fix were made over several months. Never fulfilled. Would never use this contractor.

Rob provided a fair price and outlined the work in a contract. He was very much hands on keeping us updated every step of the way. His crew was professional and did a quality job. We are very happy with Q&R and would not hesitate to use them on a future project.

Robert had good communication with us which is very important to us as we have dogs. Deck and 2 doors installed and workmanship was well done. Ã will use them again for many other repairs.

Robert and his team finished my basement beautifully and did it in the timeframe communicated! We’ve been using it the past few weeks and the extra living space is great! They also removed an unused chimney and built a pantry and linen closet, which added to storage space. The team was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Not only was the work done with attention to detail, but Q & R was priced very reasonably! I would use Q & R in the future for any projects and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

On Sept 21, 2023, I signed a contract with Q_R Home Improvement LLC -Robert Kxxxxxx to repair a team in the basement and gave him 4500 to start. Then 9/29/23 he came back and said the drawing needed $5,500.00 more then took a total of $10,000.00 from me. The promised job be done in 30 days. But after 30 days nothing was done and the town said he never applied for any permit. I was shocked and asked for the return of my deposit. He refused and did not even respond to my calls or emails. He was a crook.

Alex was excellent! I had a very complex pocket door issue that no one else wanted to touch. He arrived on time and took his time and figured it out and fixed it with expertise! Highly recommend!
