"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Do not hesitate to hire Forza for your home renovations. They did a fantastic job at 2 locations for me. A complete bathroom renovation (complete demo to studs, including new window) at one, and a complete kitchen/bathroom at the other, along with new window in each, new flooring throughout 2 bedroom apartment, new doors, molding and paint throughout. And a steel door installation through a load bearing wall. Everything done to my complete satisfaction (I was in the contracting business as a young man). John and Tracy will guide you through the renovations, offering material and paint color guidance to help achieve the best outcome. They show up every day, Monday-Friday, until the job is complete. And not a day went by where one, if not both of the two Johns (Owner/Partners) were not on site directing operations. If I wasn’t happy with something (rare), it was altered to my satisfaction. I anticipate using them in the future."

"Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."
