One of our favorite things about him was his communication - I don't think there was one time where I reached out via text/call & didn't get a response within 15 minutes, if not immediately. He was willing to work with us throughout the project and be understanding of our situation. Example: Phase 1 was demo, but he held off on demoing the entryway section going into the new space in understanding that it was the midst of summer & our furnace was not strong enough to get into the new space. He is also adaptable as the project progresses -- we changed our mind on the finish on the beam & communicated that to his guys effectively. There were a few 'unforseeables' that came up, but he communicated the information well & came up with a fair amount. With the additions of the project, he was nice enough to be flexible with us on the payments.
