"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. "Odyssey Contracting is a company that does work the right way with honesty, excellent communication, and a dedication to doing a quality job. We came upon them as they were replacing the roof of our neighbor through an insurance hail damage claim. They inspected our roof and arranged a meeting with our insurance claims adjuster. They handled the insurance claim pretty much from start to finish but the difference was Sean’s communication with my wife who is an engineer and is very detailed in these types of repairs. Although he knew her expectations were extremely high, he kept in contact to make sure she knew what was going on. We decided to upgrade our gutters once we got into the roof replacement and Sean even switched subcontractors on that job because he was not happy with the quality of their work. (Just a note – we did not see any issues with the initial gutters but Sean did and because they did not meet his expectations, he replaced the new gutters). Sean was always responsive (via email, text, or phone call) to any requests we had and completed all of them in a timely manner. As Sean himself pointed out, there are companies who will take advantage of people on these types of repairs and it was such a relief that we found him and Odyssey Contracting. We are extremely happy with our new roof and new gutters and would definitely recommend Odyssey Contracting to others. They even made return trips to fix minor issues my wife found.
