"I've used cransten for two major projects now, first a partial basement finish and now installing built-in shelves and fireplace in my living room. Super super easy to work with, reasonably priced, the contractors they send out are communicative and professional. I can't say enough great things. I'll be back again when I'm ready for the rest of the basement to be finished."

"They did awsome job and did it in good time frame. I am very happy with my foundation under my shed. I will definitely recommend them to any one"

"The room addition went great. Mr Porter was very efficient. Kept me up to date in all aspects of the build. He pays attention to detail. His pricing was very fair. I have used this company multiple times. In 2009 ,he completed a kitchen remodel for me. I would recommend him to anyone needing a project done."

Hello, my name is Alan Breakfield. I am a licensed General Contractor of North Carolina. We offer New/remodeling residential and commercial projects. We also offer lot clearing.

"Hector and team did a great job cleaning the stains off my roof. In the process, he alerted my just prior to starting cleaning that my gutters were clogged. I had them cleaned shortly prior, but he texted me multiple pictures from the roof that clearly showed the need to clean them again (love the use of technology real time!). We quickly agreed a gutter cleaning cost and he proceeded to do both in a very professional manner. Also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Would use again - he takes pride in his work."

"Junior was prompt, courteous and did a great job painting my home office. Junior worked the weekend to accommodate my schedule so that he could get the job done on days that I didn't need to use the room."

"Satellite dish is down, new shingles are in place...Roof looks good."

"We wanted to recognize the exceptional renovation project that Design Home Renovations (DHR) recently completed on our home.  The project was a major renovation of our living space and kitchen.  The owners, Rex and Dana, worked with us every step of the way.  They were very flexible such that several changes to the design were accomplished mid-stream during the renovation.  We were particularly pleased with their suggestion to do a cathedral ceiling in the great room living space that made the finished product exceptional.  We
were happy with the way they coordinated many subcontractors, and also worked with Durham County inspections.  Overall, we are very happy with their work and timeliness, and plan two other projects with them in the near future."
