"I think what I like about them is very quick response; they came out and fixed it right away.  The price could be cheaper if I spent more time to find it, but I think I like the way they responded back quickly and fixed it.  It just stopped working upstairs and they just fixed some parts.  The part was not that expensive but the labor, coming here and fixing it.  I would give them an A because I think the service in this kind of situation matters.  The price is B - a little expensive.  Their professionalism is very good.  I'm expanding my attic space, so I'm going to have them to put new ducts there."

I like the idea that they don't use subcontractors and are actually doing the work themselves. Junior showed up on time to give me a quote and worked around my schedule to meet with me late in the evening. When it came to doing the painting they arrived on time and eager to start the job.
