"client was informed a day prior to work that due to on going project we would not be at their home at the appointed time. there no rusty piping under under master sink, the piping under sink is PEX which is plastic and does not rust. The main issues has to do with the following: when we accepted the job and inspected the hot [Member Information Removed] tank there were no issues however once working on unit the prior installer had welded unions and after needing to remove them they leaked. we spent 3.5 hours between traveling to lowe's to purchase needed parts and labor and ,informed the people of what was going on however the person who hire us was not there thus leaving individuals there who did not know what the issue had become. Between the disrespectful tones and aggressiveness of person at site and after explaining an up charge we attempted to lower the pressure by reducing up the charge but to no avail. I would not recommend these group of people to any other contractor Very aggressive and do not tell the truth. in the end after successfully completing the full swap which we started at 3pm we left at 9pm without a simple thanks"
