"We will always stand behind our work, and do what is right for the customer. I am glad you had a good experience. Thank you for the great review!"
"This is a great anecdote and the goal of our business! We are highly experienced in insurance claims and negotiations. As a result, we are very often able to turn a poorly funded and improperly assessed claim, into an approval that truly returns the home to its "Pre-Loss Condition"; which is what an insurance policy promises it will do in the event of a claim. We never say that the insurance companies are the bad guy, but they are a for-profit business. As such, they are happy to trim down an estimate. We're very happy you had such a good experience! Nick Mixon is a great employee, person and asset to this company. Thank you for your business!"
"It was a pleasure working with you, and we're happy that we met and exceeded your expectations! Please keep us in mind if you have any other projects."

"We are very pleased that you had a great experience with Odyssey. Caleb is very thorough with his clients and always maintains great communication. Since completing your project, we've promoted Caleb to a "Field Trainer". We will be sure to commend Frank and Carlos for their efforts as well. Thank you for your business and please let us know if you have any other exterior renovation projects!"
"Mr. India, your statements here are false and slanderous. Unfortunately, some readers may believe this. If you are reading this and would like proof that what he is saying is untrue, I have text messages and emails that I can provide. Furthermore, you were the rudest customer I've dealt with in 12 years of business. You try to bully people around, threaten to sue, and hold money hostage until you get your "free extra services" out of the contractor. At the end of the project, you admitted that you "took advantage of a new sales rep". Unfortunately for us, he made promises to you that weren't authorized by management, but we honored everything. To add to this, before you, We've never had a customer call the office and cuss out all of the women in the office, then threaten violence, then to call us "fags" and so forth, you should be ashamed of yourself and your childish behavior. We don't need or want, customers like yourself. Now, to respond to your slanderous review about the roofing project completed in early spring of 2017; We do not, will not, and have not "scammed the insurance companies". When a customer has storm damage, we sign a contingency agreement with them stating that "if the project is paid for by insurance, we will do the job for the insurance proceeds", guaranteeing the customer $0.00 over the deductible. This is standard in the industry. The insurance carriers dictate the price using Xactware or Symbility software (using zip codes to find local average pricing and pays accordingly), we can't just bill for items that aren't warranted and we must prove all workmanship to the carriers via photos, signed Certificate-Of-Completion and final invoices. You changed the arrangement after we got your roof fully approved, by demanding an estimate and stating "I'm not paying a deductible", and going back on our agreement. We provided you with a quote and worked off of that, not the insurance scope. We advised you to replace the flashing along with the roof, but you chose not to (which is no longer an option). It wasn't that we didn't want to replace it, and we spoke about this extensively. The leak you had before we replaced the roof was likely caused by the flashing, so we added a barrier to the area to divert the water, which worked. Admittedly, there were a few minor issues with the project at the end, but true to our word, we fixed the item to your satisfaction. Regarding the leak that you now have; You admitted, in writing, that you had a window man work on the dormer and that an issue came up with the "head flashing". You then stated that YOU drove nails through the flashing, exposing the nailheads to the elements. You are only supposed to nail the flashing behind the siding, not the exposed areas. This is the source of your leak. We go above and beyond to clean job sites, magnetically sweeping yards 2 or 3 times to get all of the nails up. You state that the shingles are curling from improper installation, but we showed you at the time of install that your fascia boards sit higher than the roof deck and the only way to fix it is by detaching/resetting your fascia. It has nothing to do with the roof installation. Your calls to our office came nearly 4 years after the install (we spoke numerous times over the years between, and you referred us to NUMEROUS neighbors), yet you never mentioned a single issue on these calls or within the 3-year warranty period. Once told that your warranty was over, you proceeded to harass our office staff, belittled the intelligence of everyone that you spoke to, made homophobic remarks, and threatened to "Come down there to straighten this out". When you called the office, you were directed to Frank Dick, who is the Production-Manager/Warranty-Manager, and you refused to work with him and instead chose to belittle and threaten him. We would advise that you treat others with respect if you'd like help in the future."
