"Hector and team did a great job cleaning the stains off my roof. In the process, he alerted my just prior to starting cleaning that my gutters were clogged. I had them cleaned shortly prior, but he texted me multiple pictures from the roof that clearly showed the need to clean them again (love the use of technology real time!). We quickly agreed a gutter cleaning cost and he proceeded to do both in a very professional manner. Also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Would use again - he takes pride in his work."

"This was a tough to evaluate.  I was happy with what was done, but not very happy about the process.  I had bought a Euro-style range hood that needed to be installed.  A person from the company came and estimated the job, which included removing the existing cabinetry and range hood, redoing the drywall with popcorn, and having me purchase some necessary supplies and rent a popcorn sprayer.  The work was somewhat delayed owing to an incomplete range hood shipment.  I decided to do the cabinet demolition work, and the area was ready for the project when the handy man arrived.  First, none of the stuff I bought would be used, so I returned all of it.  Second I was told I would not be happy with their drywall work to match the existing popcorn, so after the project was complete, I contracted this work done at an additional cost of $325.  And after the range hood was installed, I was billed an additional $190. for an additional person who was needed to help and for supplies.
So the work was done well, but the estimate was completely off - no demolition required, no drywall repair.   So I'm not sure how to evaluate the work.  In a sense, I acted as a subcontractor. I wish there were a way to split thus - A for the work and C or D for the process.

"He replace the stucco entry on both side of the dooble doors , because they were damage by the strom. He remove the old stucco along with the stocco on top of the entry frame which was a different color(white) than the base of the frame(gray). Before putting the new stocco on, he had to put a of wires around the frame and top to hold everything together, than he put the gray stocco on and aftward, put the top on the stucco that was white on both stucco entry. The project turnout great.  It look like the orginal stucco entry leading up to the front double doors. Afterward, he clean up the area and it looked beautiful."

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."
