After washing, he literally scraped and shop-vacced every grain of the old sand out of the joints before refilling with new polymeric sand. He also allowed proper drying time between stages. End result is that my patio looks like the day it was built. Looks brand new. Truly blown away with his attention to detail in the cleaning process and removal of old sand. Pricing was very similar to another contractor I talked to but I am confident I would not have gotten Greg’s quality of work with someone else.
