I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

In fact, they didn’t even know where the septic tank was so Forever Clean had to find the tank. They did so, with some effort. Took about an hour and lots of poking and digging.
