With a level of integrity you just don't see anymore, they called me to point out their typo and immediately corrected the price back down. I was stunned. Then, on removal day, the crew was a spectacle of pure efficiency. Friendly, professional, and watching them work was like witnessing a high-speed ballet. While they were here, I chanced it and asked if they could also tackle a huge, two-story tree that wasn't even on the quote. They didn't miss a beat, quoted me a fantastic price on the spot, and just added it to the job. The speed and surgical precision they used to get everything down was truly something else."

"In April, I pre-paid for a full year of service to take advantage of discount pricing. When I signed up and paid, I was told a technician would be out within a week to begin services. The plan included six lawn treatments, and according to the company’s website, these treatments are supposed to occur every 6–7 weeks. That did not happen. The first treatment did not occur until May 20, nearly a month later. After that, more than 8 weeks passed without service. I called to follow up and received a text message from technician Brandon stating that he would be out the next day. No one came. After multiple follow-ups, he finally showed up on July 17. Since then, more than 11 weeks have passed (today is October 1) with no further service. My repeated calls, voicemails, and attempts to contact the company through its customer portal have gone unanswered. Fairway Green Lawn Care has failed to provide services within the timeframes it promises both on its website and in its communications with me. Proper lawn care requires consistent and timely treatments, which I did not receive. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable lawn care service."

First job was a large tree trimming and the quality of their work was superior . no debri was left , they scheduled their arrival and exceeded their promptness . I tentatively scheduled them to come back for a much larger tree removal. I was contacted while on vacation that they could do it now . I approved for them to come even in my absence . When I returned home , I found the tree had been removed and stump completely ground . Superior , proficient , timely and most of all , the most professional contractor I have ever encountered ."
