"I reseached and decided on a model of tankless hot water heater and contacted McKenzie plumbing. Phillip came out and listened to what I wanted and the hot water heater I was considering purchasing. He was so helpful and told me the stainless steel exhaust I would need would cost me several hundred dollars and recommended a Navien 98% efficient tankless hot water heater. This tankless hot water heater uses 2" PVC pipe for the exhaust. I am a huge DIY person and have installed several Hot water heaters and asked what I could do to save time and money on the install. Phillip told me I could remove the old hot water heater run the new copper gas line and 3/4 inch condensation line to save time and money. I can't say enough about the installation job Phillip, Antonio, and Corey performed. Being a handyman myself I can say the installation job was first class and no detail was missed. From the initial contact to the finish product Mckenzie Plumbing was the best, they were punctual, friendly, very informative about the products. I would recommend them to anybody.

"He came out right away. Very polite and professional. Was Covic19 approved and wore their masks. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. I had hired another person before I hired them that came out 3 times and was unable to properly fix the problem. Tim had the right tool needed to do the job. It didn't even take very long. Very impressed will recommend to everyone."

"I called Five Star Bath Solutions to remodel my master bath, take out my shower/tub combo and install a walk in shower with seat b/c I just had back surgery. The results we received were beyond great! We are so very satisfied with the remodel. Itâ s so much easier for me to take a shower now without help.
