All the employees of SantaAir I have come in contact have been professional, kind and knowledgeable. They have taken a stressful situation and made the process much easier. From the polite and helpful woman, you first come in contact with when calling to the informative and skilled technicians, everyone has been great. I feel confident I have made the right choice in choosing SantaAir to install my new HVAC system and to take care of any my heating and cooling concerns in a professional, informative and polite manor. Tyler did a great job. Explained the whole process before starting any work then explained the many options once the he found the issue. He answered all my questions and gave tips for maintaining the system and also tips to keep our home cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Great Job!

John and Santa Air are the absolute best. From previous repair work and new install of my upstairs unit I have received nothing but the best service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. A recent plumbing repair left air in the line between my Apollo water heater and my heating/ air conditioning unit. John was busy, but fit me in between appointments. Diagnosed and fix the problem in less than an hour. He was a God-send. With temps dipping tonight we will be in comfort, and we are grateful.

Highly recommended! After our heater stopped (39 degrees outside) John came out the same day and got us warm. I have a cousin (16 hrs away) who has owned his hvac business for 40 years. After I spoke with John about repair options, I called my cousin for advice. John kindly spoke with my cousin and the issue and the price was spot on.
