In contrast, I was told by a tech from another company I needed a replacement unit. "Can you give more than 5 stars? Landen's responses, communication and professionalism are top notch. Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working. After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. Carlos was quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting.
