We went to Angi's list and Chris Heating and Cooling was one of the suggested contractors. Chris contacted us right away and came out the same day. He led us through our options and allowed us to make our own choices. We opted to replace the entire system and Chris provided us with a very competitive price. His crew came out the next door and installed the entire system. They were very courteous and professional and did not forget the small details such as wearing booties over our wood floors. I would highly recommend Chris Heating and Cooling.

I had a rattling in my system and had realized I had missed my fall maintenance with any company. I called, had an appt with in 24 hrs. They called when on their way, Paul Gibson was on time, wore a mask, was pleasant, explained what he saw and fixed the rattle and did maintenance ...... super reasonable and will definitely use them again! Poor communication.

Prompt, courteous and professional. We decided to take the yearly service contract which saves money. 2 visit per year no charge.

Charged service call fee to light my gas fireplace pilot which did not stay lit 15 minutes after he left. Called back, left messages and no one ever returned my call and that was a month ago. Ended up calling someone else who replaced a part now fireplace runs fine. I have deleted this company from my contacts.

Chris and his team came to our house to investigate why our AC was not working correctly and found that the coil was bad. Since our unit was older and his price for a new unit was fair we decided to have them install a new unit instead of repairing the old one. They were polite, prompt, professional, and cleaned up the work site after completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs for now on.
