"KASSIE KIRKS is the best technician at the company. You can always tell she does a thorough job. You hear and see her going around the entire house several times taking her time to hit all places as she goes. I'm sorry to say, I've had other appointments (3 occasions) where Kassie was not listed as the technician and no one showed at all. I've also had technicians show up and their done in a maximum of 10 minutes. They simply spray around the perimeter, a quick swipe for cobwebs they see and their out. We've all walked into a spider web. Thus, we all realize you can't always see them. Kassie hits all the corners of the eaves and windows around the house. She spays thoroughly. She spreads granules, and will handle any special needs as well. I'd hate to lose her technician visits, but she should really be your national trainer. It goes without saying that she is very kind and polite."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
