The team was professional and considerate (I was working from home while the floors were being installed), and they worked efficiently. The new floors are beautiful!"

"I have engineered hardwood flooring that was showing random damaged areas and I had no clue what was causing it. Jason from Creative Flooring Solutions came out and looked at the situation and gave me a quote on the labor to pull the flooring up and put new flooring down after we discover what was causing the damaged areas. It turned out to be termites. It was a small job, but Creative Flooring Solutions was kind enough to take it on anyway, which I greatly appreciated. They showed up on schedule to do the job, vacuumed & cleaned up any debris, I then had a termite guy come out to do his thing, and Creative Flooring returned at a later date to put the new flooring down. You can’t even tell there was ever an issue now. The communication was great whenever I had questions, the pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, and I was very pleased with the outcome & end result. Highly recommend this business!
