John and team, rebuilt a composite material deck, while both strengthening the support structures and creating beautiful framing with cocktail rails and a wire cable system. "Based on his inspection and my description of the problem, he recommended trying an inexpensive modification to the landscape around the vulnerable point in the foundation before considering All Dry's more expensive interior correction.  I've still got his card on file if the exterior work doesn't do the trick.  No charge for the visit.
