THE PROJECT WENT GREAT !!!!!  MOST OF THE WORK WAS DONE WHILE WE WERE IN FLORIDA.

RICK WAS VERY COMMUNICATIVE, SOMETIMES EVERY DAY, ALWAYS TO MAKE SURE WE LIKED

WHAT HE WAS DOING.

RICK WAS ABLE TOOK  TIME TO SENT US LOTS OF PICTURES,SO WE COULD SEE EACH DETAIL

RICK ALSO MADE SUGGESTIONS TO SAVE ON CONSTRUCTION COST.  ( A+)

I DON'T KNOW HOW HE PUT UP WITH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER EVERDAY, BUT HE HAS THE PATAINCE OF A SAINT.

CLEAN UP WAS REMARKABLE, AND I KNOW IT WAS DONE ON A DAILY BASCIS.

THING WENT SO WELL, I HIRED HIM TO DO ANOTHER SECTION OF THE HOUSE.

"Out of four bids, this Comfort Central is the only one who acknowledged the need for an extra return, a small motor to force condensate out of the building, and new style vents. Told me exactly when they would need to be in my home; came at exactly those times. SO happy with this company!"

Customers say: True professional

"Pretty good overall, though there was delay in ordering parts and after installation, they had to return the next day to adjust cables in one of the furnaces which had gone out. All works fine now. The bill came in a bit under the estimate and there was no charge for coming out to make the adjustment. (Their initial call out to assess the situation was reasonable, ~$65 w/ tax.)"

"Paul is as good as it gets. He does exactly what he says he is going to do with everything on schedule. The subcontractors he uses are amazing as well. His years of experience and obvious love of what he does shows in a completed flawless room. I chose him because of Angie’s List and am glad I did. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a great personality go a long way. If you go with this company, you will not t be disappointed"

"Contractor was competent and knowledgeable about the work being done. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and not minimaly. He respected our time needs, our home, and pets. He confirmed our height and location wishes for all accessories: bench, shelves, bars, etc. He cleaned up his area at the end of each day and completed the project earlier than projected. We would recommend Anthony very highly. Thank you."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

No, it’s not legal for unlicensed individuals to conduct structural calculations for buildings or building repairs. Not only do licensing requirements prevent DIYers from tackling this project, but mistakes can also be extremely dangerous and put your property and anyone inside or near it at risk of severe injury or even death. You should always hire a licensed and certified local structural engineer to make structural calculations.

Buying a house is easier than building one from scratch. Buying an existing home is almost always faster, even if you need to make renovations once you move in. When you hire the right team to build a home, they will simplify the design and build phases so that there is little guesswork throughout the process, but building new construction will almost always take longer than buying an existing home.

Costs depend on material, size, design complexity, and additional features like lighting or seating.

No, space planning is not only relevant for new spaces. With the help of a professional architect, you can still create a space plan for an existing space.

Balancing aesthetics with functionality amidst space planning is important. To do so, you could consider consulting both an interior designer and an architect to fulfill both these needs. Or you can tackle it on your own by prioritizing personal touches amidst space planning that add to the look but don't take away from the livability of the space.
