"First phase completed on time, on budget, and of excellent quality. Chris provided extra value with his design suggestions. Second phase was delayed due to production issue on custom doors. Chris let us know immediately of the delay, and made sure that they did not begin until the doors were in his possession. He then, as promised, had the wall removed and the doors installed within one day. He works with a tight group of subcontractors, so we always knew who was coming and when. Since the second project overlapped with the onset of Covid 19, that has been especially important to us. He limited the number of people coming in, and their contact with us, and all observed handwashing and social distancing while here. We would highly recommend Chris to others. His design ideas are excellent, and he and his crew know how to implement them, so that the cost matches the estimate."

 I DON'T KNOW HOW HE PUT UP WITH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER EVERDAY, BUT HE HAS THE PATAINCE OF A SAINT.

CLEAN UP WAS REMARKABLE, AND I KNOW IT WAS DONE ON A DAILY BASCIS.

"I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. I can recommend Kevin and the Comfort Central crew without reservation."

"Tim is the best service technician! He was out today today for a maintenance and service call. He is very experienced and clearly explained what was needed and to recap at the end of the visit! I first started working Sheer Comfort in 2023 when they installed a new AC & Gas furnace for my home. I obtained 5 quotes from highly rated companies before deciding which company to engage. I worked with Travis Shearer (owner) on deciding which options were best for my home and I was impressed with his knowledge, fair pricing and ease to work with. The project was well supervised by Carl and installed by David & Eli......they were all great to work with. Tonya in the office was excellent in keeping me posted on timelines and managing the coordination for permitting and coordinating with the 3 sub-contractors needed for running gas lines and electrical to connect my new furnace and for a plumber to make changes to my water heater from my old gas forced air system. "Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."
