Workers were very messy. We ended up in court over a dispute relating to mess made. Contractor can be stubborn and disagreeable. I will never Froelich use again.

Bill is a jack of all trades. He either does or knows about anything to do with construction. He has been in business for over 25 years and with Holly (wife) they do everything from government contracts to pouring a concrete driveway. We have gotten to be friends from our business relationship. Can't reccomend him too much.

Mr. Froehlich provided us with the lowest of three reasonable bids and came in exactly on budget and on time. His employees and subcontractors were polite, attentive, and responsive. Despite all I had heard about the stress of doing any major home renovation, my husband and I did not have a single angry word with each other or anyone connected with Bill Froehlich Construction & Renovations! It doesn't get any better than that.
