"I came home on Thursday evening to a hot house.  I called Bentley's and spoke to Sandy.  It was after hours, but she said she would call Mike, and he should be out shortly.  Mike arrived about 30 minutes later, and tested the unit.  After replacing several less expensive parts first, he determined that the unit, which was 20 years old, was bad.  He explained what would need to be done, and I agreed to have him put in the new unit.  He had his guys out the next morning, and they replaced the heat pump quickly.  His installers were polite and courteous, and worked quickly.
