The house has never received a negative comment, except that one person thought it was a little small (~1800sqft, with an unfinished room over garage). We gave up some size (quantity), and with some good ideas from Ronnie and his Framing team added quality back to the house. So much more can be done to the house that was planned for during the construction that minimal additional cost would be involved to complete many additions if desired. Am looking forward to building a second home with Ronnie in about a year or so.

Excellent! Ronnie is a man of his word. Nice to know someone who honors a job with his word and a handshake. Pays subcontractors right away when the work is finished. He builds every home as if he is living in it.
