An OUTSTANDING plumber responded to our home to give me an estimate on replacing our pressure regulator. He wasted no time and crawled under our home to check the situation. He came back out, explained that our pressure regulator desperately needed replacing. It was very old, and I was aware it needed to be replaced but I didn't think I could afford it. Terry figured the estimate, showed me & patiently explained the situation. He went back to his truck to give me privacy while I determined how to pay for the work. I had a means to pay, so I went & told Terry it was go. He went back & got the supplies he needed & began the job. The only thing I know was that he had the work done in record time. He showed me the old regulator and some pipe that he'd removed & suggested to me to get a small Guage like the one he uses to check the water pressure. He told me where he bought it and & before he left he showed me how to use it. I was truly blessed to have TERRY CORSON come to help me today

All About Plumbing did a major project for us late last year and they did a great job for us. They were professional, timely, communicative, and attentive to detail. Last week we had a crisis, no water to the house due to a broken filter casing, and AAP responded to my cry for help with good advice and a prompt schedule to fix the problem. We could not have been more pleased with the three exceptional young men who came to help. They were courteous and knowledgeable ……and made sure everything was completed to our expectations. They even took time to lift our neighbor’s lame dog into my husband’s truck so he could take him home and offered to carry my groceries from the car into the house. The work ethics exhibited by these young men is definitely an asset to your company.

I feel I need to pass along our satisfaction with your company following the completion of work this past week. My wife and I had a pretty good idea of what to expect from a job of this magnitude and knew that it could be destructive in nature to replace the plumbing in a 5300 sq. foot home. From the onset of the first day, we knew we had chosen the right company. I have no idea if all of your crews are as professional as our experience has been, but we were certain that they were a crew for others to emulate. Mark was instrumental in coordinating the process throughout, with Charles, Holden, and Anthony all diligently working in concert toward completion of our project. Our expectations of damage to be repaired afterwards cannot be overstated. The actual impact was much the opposite. The meticulous and conscientious approach of Marks leadership is infectious and creates a work environment that inspired everyone involved. The communication with the entire crew fostered a sense of confidence for both me and my wife and was greatly appreciated. All About Plumbing are truly the best. They had done some of the gas work during a recent remodel under my contractor, and so when my basement flooded they were who I called. My contractor assured me I could trust them 100%. They showed up on a Friday afternoon and worked for hours trying to clear the sewer line. Unfortunately they were unable to do so. I was out of town but Michael was on the phone with me and called a restoration company for me and did what he could. They came back Monday and started the work on the sewer line replacement which was complicated. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew worked long hours for several days in pretty arduous conditions (a 9 foot deep trench). I can't say enough good things about this company.

The guys came out in very bad weather when they could have scheduled another day. They were quick and efficient. Had everything they needed to do a great job for us. I’m very thankful for them and highly recommend!!!

We first became acquainted with All About Plumbing & Septic on New Year's Day 2022 when we found about two inches of water in our finished basement. Nathan & his team came out promptly to diagnose the problem and take immediate steps to stop further damage until the city could make sewer line repairs. Since then we have used All About Plumbing & Septic for all of our plumbing repairs. We have been pleased with their work which is of the highest quality. This review will focus on our most recent job. Joel exceeded our expectations for service. He carefully and thoroughly documented & explained the cause of the two plumbing leaks and what would be needed to correct the problem and meet plumbing codes. He protected our flooring with drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. He asked if we had questions & offered his contact info in case we had questions later. You could tell he took pride in his work by the appearance of the job completed.

They were absolutely awesome! They not only showed up on time and explained what they found but they also gave me advice on preventative measures to protect my septic system, reseeded the areas that had to be dug up and cost less than quoted due to not having to dig very deep. They were true professionals.

Great job! They were able to respond quickly and ordered us just what we wanted. The technicians were efficient, capable, and respectful of our property. There was one issue with what was packed at the supplier, which was remedied the same day as the rest of the work.

16 months ago, All About Plumbing replaced our septic pump. They responded quickly to our first distress call at seeing the alarm light and were here in a matter of hours to diagnose the problem. The new pump was ordered and installed within a few days. Last weekend, the alarm light was on again. We called first thing Monday morning. Someone was here within hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, set up a date for repair within a week, and showed up exactly when they said they would to fix the problem. We're impressed with this company's responsiveness and professionalism. They know what they're doing, give an honest estimate with no further surprises, and get the job done in a timely manner. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommended.

What a professional crew! These four men showed up every day at 9 am sharp, and worked hard all day, until they got done what they needed to do for the day. The foreman, Kris, was an expert with that excavator! He was kind and kept me well informed throughout the process. The other members of the team, Brandon, Tracy and Garrett, were also knowledgeable and helpful. All of the men were all respectful and polite, never a hint of foul language or anything inappropriate, which was wonderfully refreshing, and noticed. They competently installed the new tank and the full drain field, never leaving me without septic availability or water overnight. At the end of the project my yard was cleaned up, smoothed out, grass-seeded with hay over the seed, and left in great condition. A big shoutout to the men from All About Plumbing and Septic! Thank you all so much!

Our septic tank pump went out last Friday evening. The following morning, I called the office and spoke with a friendly and professional receptionist, who told me that they had immediate availability, and that someone could probably come out that same afternoon. Unfortunately, they weren't actually able to come out until Monday afternoon, two days later, at which time they diagnosed a possible electrical issue, and recommended that I consult with an electrician before proceeding any further. So I had the electrical problem fixed the very next morning, and immediately called All About Septic after that to schedule my pump replacement. Unfortunately again, they did not make it back to my house until late the next day. and then they encountered an unexpected complication. And because darkness was approaching, and also because they had gotten such a late start, they were not able to make it back until late the next day again, because they chose to prioritize another job over ours. When I communicated my dissatisfaction with one of the owners about this, he said that it wouldn't be right to delay another customer job by one day, by keeping my project at the top of their priority list. My question for your management team is, which is worse, delaying someone else's job by just one day, or further delaying my job to day six? I think the answer is obvious, and in my opinion, this company was not exercising common sense in that regard. And keep in mind that for six days, because your management team willfully chose not to make our job your top priority, we were not able to shower, do laundry, run the dishwasher, or take any showers for that entire length of time. If you want to improve the customer experience, you might want to reconsider how you prioritize your jobs. Another issue is that the cost of this job was shockingly high at just under 3K, but I understand that the cost of labor and materials has risen significantly over the past couple of years, so obviously there is nothing anyone can do about that. But I was disappointed that I had to replace my last pump after only 3.5 years, which was also installed by All about Septic at the end of 2018. I am giving an average rating because, as far as I know, they apparently did do the job correctly, and also diagnosed and fixed an additional electrical problem at no extra charge. And their technicians, office staff, and management were polite and professional, for the most part. The only thing that really did rub me the wrong way in my interactions with them was when the lead technician made a special point of telling me that it would cost me an additional $283 just to disconnect the pump. It wasn't until after I called the office to protest this charge that I was finally informed by the technician that the charge would be taken off after I agreed to the new pump installation. This was just very poor communication, plain and simple. I do think that this is a good company, as the many positive reviews here are a testament to that, but for whatever reason, my experience with them just did not go smoothly at all. I do believe that the rating for my experience with this company is both accurate and fair, as I was trying my best to be cognizant of noting both the positive and negative aspects of the overall experience.

Called on Sunday afternoon and they took the call and gave me an accurate ETA. Identified problem within 30 mins of arriving. Septic outlet was clogged and they had it unclogged and back to working within the hour. Very professional, courteous and got us back to working.

Very professional and polite. He also explained what he was doing as well as giving us advice and instructions on how to fix the calcification.

Went well, they had to dig a little to find the water side tank lid that I missed while exposing the top of the septic tank. I'm pleased with the thorough job they did and definitely would hire them again.
