An OUTSTANDING plumber responded to our home to give me an estimate on replacing our pressure regulator. He wasted no time and crawled under our home to check the situation. He came back out, explained that our pressure regulator desperately needed replacing. It was very old, and I was aware it needed to be replaced but I didn't think I could afford it. Terry figured the estimate, showed me & patiently explained the situation. He went back to his truck to give me privacy while I determined how to pay for the work. I had a means to pay, so I went & told Terry it was go. He went back & got the supplies he needed & began the job. The only thing I know was that he had the work done in record time. He showed me the old regulator and some pipe that he'd removed & suggested to me to get a small Guage like the one he uses to check the water pressure. He told me where he bought it and & before he left he showed me how to use it. I was truly blessed to have TERRY CORSON come to help me today

I feel I need to pass along our satisfaction with your company following the completion of work this past week. My wife and I had a pretty good idea of what to expect from a job of this magnitude and knew that it could be destructive in nature to replace the plumbing in a 5300 sq. foot home. All About Plumbing are truly the best. They had done some of the gas work during a recent remodel under my contractor, and so when my basement flooded they were who I called. My contractor assured me I could trust them 100%. They showed up on a Friday afternoon and worked for hours trying to clear the sewer line. Unfortunately they were unable to do so. I was out of town but Michael was on the phone with me and called a restoration company for me and did what he could. They came back Monday and started the work on the sewer line replacement which was complicated. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew worked long hours for several days in pretty arduous conditions (a 9 foot deep trench). I can't say enough good things about this company.

We first became acquainted with All About Plumbing & Septic on New Year's Day 2022 when we found about two inches of water in our finished basement. Nathan & his team came out promptly to diagnose the problem and take immediate steps to stop further damage until the city could make sewer line repairs. Since then we have used All About Plumbing & Septic for all of our plumbing repairs. We have been pleased with their work which is of the highest quality. This review will focus on our most recent job. Joel exceeded our expectations for service. He carefully and thoroughly documented & explained the cause of the two plumbing leaks and what would be needed to correct the problem and meet plumbing codes. He protected our flooring with drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. He asked if we had questions & offered his contact info in case we had questions later. You could tell he took pride in his work by the appearance of the job completed.

16 months ago, All About Plumbing replaced our septic pump. They responded quickly to our first distress call at seeing the alarm light and were here in a matter of hours to diagnose the problem. The new pump was ordered and installed within a few days. Last weekend, the alarm light was on again. We called first thing Monday morning. Someone was here within hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, set up a date for repair within a week, and showed up exactly when they said they would to fix the problem. We're impressed with this company's responsiveness and professionalism. They know what they're doing, give an honest estimate with no further surprises, and get the job done in a timely manner. What a professional crew! These four men showed up every day at 9 am sharp, and worked hard all day, until they got done what they needed to do for the day. The foreman, Kris, was an expert with that excavator! He was kind and kept me well informed throughout the process. The other members of the team, Brandon, Tracy and Garrett, were also knowledgeable and helpful. All of the men were all respectful and polite, never a hint of foul language or anything inappropriate, which was wonderfully refreshing, and noticed. They competently installed the new tank and the full drain field, never leaving me without septic availability or water overnight. At the end of the project my yard was cleaned up, smoothed out, grass-seeded with hay over the seed, and left in great condition. A big shoutout to the men from All About Plumbing and Septic! Our septic tank pump went out last Friday evening. The following morning, I called the office and spoke with a friendly and professional receptionist, who told me that they had immediate availability, and that someone could probably come out that same afternoon. Unfortunately, they weren't actually able to come out until Monday afternoon, two days later, at which time they diagnosed a possible electrical issue, and recommended that I consult with an electrician before proceeding any further. So I had the electrical problem fixed the very next morning, and immediately called All About Septic after that to schedule my pump replacement. Unfortunately again, they did not make it back to my house until late the next day. and then they encountered an unexpected complication. And because darkness was approaching, and also because they had gotten such a late start, they were not able to make it back until late the next day again, because they chose to prioritize another job over ours. When I communicated my dissatisfaction with one of the owners about this, he said that it wouldn't be right to delay another customer job by one day, by keeping my project at the top of their priority list. My question for your management team is, which is worse, delaying someone else's job by just one day, or further delaying my job to day six? I think the answer is obvious, and in my opinion, this company was not exercising common sense in that regard. And keep in mind that for six days, because your management team willfully chose not to make our job your top priority, we were not able to shower, do laundry, run the dishwasher, or take any showers for that entire length of time. If you want to improve the customer experience, you might want to reconsider how you prioritize your jobs. Another issue is that the cost of this job was shockingly high at just under 3K, but I understand that the cost of labor and materials has risen significantly over the past couple of years, so obviously there is nothing anyone can do about that. But I was disappointed that I had to replace my last pump after only 3.5 years, which was also installed by All about Septic at the end of 2018. I am giving an average rating because, as far as I know, they apparently did do the job correctly, and also diagnosed and fixed an additional electrical problem at no extra charge. And their technicians, office staff, and management were polite and professional, for the most part. The only thing that really did rub me the wrong way in my interactions with them was when the lead technician made a special point of telling me that it would cost me an additional $283 just to disconnect the pump. It wasn't until after I called the office to protest this charge that I was finally informed by the technician that the charge would be taken off after I agreed to the new pump installation. This was just very poor communication, plain and simple. I do think that this is a good company, as the many positive reviews here are a testament to that, but for whatever reason, my experience with them just did not go smoothly at all. I do believe that the rating for my experience with this company is both accurate and fair, as I was trying my best to be cognizant of noting both the positive and negative aspects of the overall experience.

As you know, your sewage pump system is not normal and we have had conversations about only sending the most senior technicians to work on your system. When you called in on the weekend we had to wait until Monday to get one of the most experienced technicians to your home. That technicians found there was an electrical issue and the power needed to be repaired to properly diagnose the sewage pump issue. I do agree that 3.5 years is too soon for the sewage pump to go out and I am sure that has to do with the electrical issue located on our first visit. As soon as the electrical was looked over we sent the technician back out to properly diagnose the sewage pump. He stayed late to ensure that the sewage pump was replaced and working before he left. At that time he did find the electrical wire was needing to be replaced and agreed to come back the next day to replace that line at no charge. I do believe that is exceptional customer service as we knew that you were frustrated and we wanted to help. Of course, being an exceptional technician he already had appointments booked that day so he agreed to stay late to ensure your system got back up and working the next day. I do not believe it would be fair to bump homeowners that have waited for this exceptional technician just like I would never bump your appointment at add someone before you. We ensure our homeowners that once we add them to the schedule we do not bump or move them. I believe this is extremely fair and professional.
