Based on the many great reviews, I choose First Class and they certainly did not disappoint! Within 2 hrs of my online inquiry, I received a call back and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Within 30 mins of arriving, the technician diagnosed the problem to be a loose wire on my AC unit. The technician, Jonathan Pepper, was very knowledgeable and a true professional throughout the entire visit. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly great experience!!"

Robert quickly troubleshot my HVAC Unit, and repaired chewed wire, checked to ensure by pilot was functioning well, as well as the fan and gas lines, He checked for any leaks, and treated corrosion on my pipes and repainted them. He pointed out that my main circuit board had some browning, and eventually might need to be replaced, and was very direct about the cost of the part (very affordable), and what it would cost to replace if necessary. Very respectfully, directly addressed the issues, honest, and definitely has a lot of integrity! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a service done. I was very pleased."

"EXCELLENT!!! Every interaction we had with Hunter was professional but caring, his attention to detail impeccable, and on top of all of that he was honest. It is rare to find someone in construction who makes you feel they are looking out for you but Hunter did just that! On our third day without hot water and too many discussions with plumbers I found Foothills Plumbing on Angie's List, the reviews were excellent, so I called. I was sent to voice mail but before I could leave a message Hunter was on the other line. I told him about my water heater coming apart at the seams and that we had been without hot water for several days and he assured me he could have it fixed within a day! I sent him pictures and he gave me an estimate on replacement which was reasonable for the job ( unlike some of the other bids I had received). We set a time for him to come by the next day and give me an in person bid. He arrived on time and brought a crew. He gave us two options- one to replace the tank with like kind and better quality and two to upgrade to tankless. He was honest that the tankless would be more but explained the differences. He was never pushy only informative. He was also patient as I had to have him repeat all of the information to my husband as well. We did end up upgrading but the cost was less than several other plumbers had quoted us for same kind and quality! Hunter and his team retrofitted our room to accommodate the new heater, found existing exhaust pipes that were unattached and reworked them, installed the hot water heater, and cleaned up all of the mess they had created on that same day! They worked well into the evening to make right on their promise of a hot shower that evening!!! We are so pleased with our new energy efficient system and greatful for Foothills Plumbing that we are already making a list of other, not so immediate :), jobs that we can hire them for. "My husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget.
