Overall, the job went very well. It took a little longer than I thought it would but there were weather issues and a few of the subcontractors were not available when we were ready (like the painters) but that was not Randy's fault. His construction crew were excellent workers and they cleaned up everything each day as they finished up. Not a lot of contractors do that. They even volunteered to wash the windows in the sunroom when it was finished but I did that. I would definitely use Randy's company for any other job I will need in the future. We will be needing a new roof in a year or so and I am going to use them for that.
Description of Work: Randy converted our covered deck into a sunroom and built a new deck adjacent to it. I had sketched out what I wanted and he took my crude drawing and gave me everything I wanted and more. He made suggestions along the way that I liked very much. We had used his company several years ago when we decided to build a garage. That project was so satisfactory that we decided to go with him on this job.
