We hired Nicolas to remove an existing patio and replace it with a much larger hardscaped patio, complete with pavers, fire pit, wall, and outdoor kitchen. None of this increased the cost of the project. After his team had installed wall caps, he noticed that they had a defective stain. This was unacceptable to Nicolas, even though I probably would have lived with it. He had his crew remove them, returned them, and ordered in something even better – again at no cost to me.
