Gerardo came out to give me an estimate. I’m very extensive project involving excavating trenching, and drainage. He seemed very young, but extremely knowledgeable. He told me exactly what steps he would take to complete the process and i’m like most of my experiences. He completed every step as promised, showing me the progress after each step he and his team exceeded all of my expectations at a very reasonable price. He even went above and beyond and used the leftover gravel to grade the end of my mom‘s driveway at no extra charge. I could not recommend him more highly.

They moved large rolls of artificial turf to the backyard prior to installation. They did a good job. The placement was such as to make future installation easy.

Affluent grading was my low bidder on my clearing project. They did the job in one day. They gave me options on saving more money on the project which I took advantage of. They were fast and efficient. Their crew was very hard working. I was very pleased with the professional service they gave me. It would have probably taken me a month to do it myself. There was grading, topsoil and fill dirt placement, drainage swale construction, mulching, and more. They truly excel at soil placement and fine grading. They finished with hand raking the areas of any small debris so that the final product was blemish free and beautiful. They cleaned up behind each project leaving behind only one shovel and a satisfied customer. Yes, I will hire him for the next phase of our landscaping project.

The project turned out to be absolutely beautiful. The work was impeccable. We also had a number of trees and shrubs shaped. Not a scrap of the many clippings was left behind. The folks were courteous and totally professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

My front yard would get flooded when heavy rain it would go into foundation and basement so bad it would smell terrible so we hired AffluentView installed French drain also did grading some sodding to build up so water would flow away now every time it rains water flows away from home thank you for your services
